In this position, you would spend your time chatting with customers through a business’s website live chat feature or through social media apps.
Have you ever used the live chat feature on a website? Or sent a direct message to a business through Facebook or Instagram?
The person on the other end who answered your message was a live chat assistant.
Their job was to be paid for chatting with you and helping you with whatever you needed.

Contract length: There is no fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You need a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be able to work independently. You must be able to follow provided steps and instructions closely. You need 10+ hours of availability each week. A reliable internet connection is required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
Location: Remote online work (United States preferred).
