We’re hiring a new Customer Service Representative to work with our team from home! In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping customers happy and helping that satisfaction grow.
This is a remote position, so you can complete the work online from any location. That said, we’re especially keen to hear from applicants based in the United States.
What you will be doing: As a live chat customer service rep, you’ll be paid to respond to live chat messages on a company’s website or social media pages. That means answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You’ll need a laptop, phone, or tablet plus a dependable internet connection. You should also have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are entry-level live chat jobs, so complete training is provided, and you don’t need any previous paid live chat experience.
Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
