We are looking for additional friendly and dependable individuals to join us as live chat assistants. In this Chat Assistant role, you will work under our Customer Success Manager and contribute to several projects while helping support a top-quality online platform.
This is a beginner-friendly role within a fast-growing team, giving you the opportunity to influence the customer experience and help the business expand. If you enjoy taking initiative, coming up with fresh answers to engaging problems, and would like to be part of an exciting tech startup, we should talk!
Contract length: There is no fixed term.
Rate: $35 an hour
Skills/background needed: You will need a device that can connect to social media and website chat tools (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be comfortable working on your own, able to follow clear steps and instructions closely, available for at least 5 hours each week, and have a dependable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Remote, online (US applicants preferred).
