We are currently looking for organized and dependable chat support associates to join our remote team. Your daily work will involve keeping files organized, replying to chats and emails, and helping create a range of materials, all while working from the comfort of home. This role is a good fit for people who are comfortable using technology and who communicate clearly and stay well organized.
What you will be doing: Your central responsibility will be communicating with customers through live chat on clients’ websites and social media platforms. You will answer their questions, support them as they go through the sales process, and offer helpful guidance whenever needed. You will also help customers feel heard and supported during each interaction.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You will need a device with reliable internet access for handling social media and website chats. The right person should be able to work independently, pay close attention to details, and commit to at least 5 hours per week. Training is thorough and will make sure you are fully prepared to do well in the role from the start.
Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours each week depending on your availability and preferences.
Location: Online remote work (United States preferred).
