Become part of our lively Customer Support team as a Live Chat Assistant and take the first step on a rewarding path with us. We’re looking for reliable people who can dedicate at least 10 hours each week, with the chance to work up to 20 hours, mainly during our busiest periods from Monday through Thursday.
What You Will Do: In this important role, you’ll communicate with customers by answering live chat messages on our business website and social media channels. You’ll help with customer questions, share sales links, and offer promotions or discounts.
Contract Duration: Open-ended, with no set end date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through live chat, providing details, sales links, and discounts.
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience and uphold strong service standards.
- Stay flexible and be ready to follow a schedule that mainly covers Monday to Thursday during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Have a device that connects to the internet so you can use social media and website chat tools, such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- Show that you can work on your own and with accuracy.
- Be willing to follow clear instructions and complete training steps.
- Be available for 5 to 40 hours weekly and have a reliable internet connection.
- No previous chat support experience is needed because full training will be given.
Working Hours: Flexible, from 5 to 40 hours per week.
Location: Fully remote role (U.S. applicants preferred).
