We’re looking to bring a live chat assistant onto our Customer Support team. We need someone who can commit to at least 10 hours each week (with the chance of up to 20 hours), and most of those hours will fall Monday through Thursday, which are our busiest days.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to respond to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This involves answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and providing discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You need a device that can access social media and website chat features (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be able to work on your own. You must be able to follow the steps and instructions you are given closely. You need at least 5 hours of availability each week. You also need a reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
