Step into app testing and turn your observations into useful written feedback as an App Evaluation Specialist. We’re on the lookout for technology fans who enjoy exploring new apps and can clearly describe what they find. You’ll test various mobile applications in depth, review their features, ease of use, and overall appeal, then create thorough reviews that help both users and developers.
Roles: Your main task will be to download, try out, and assess a range of apps on your phone or tablet. After testing thoroughly, you’ll write detailed reviews that note any bugs, glitches, and your overall experience.
Requirements: You need access to a current iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet for this role.
Contract length: This role has no fixed term, giving you flexible and ongoing opportunities.
Rate: $35 per hour (based on the app’s complexity and how detailed the review needs to be)
Skills/background needed:
- Comfort using smartphones or tablets and installing different apps.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks.
- Strong written communication skills for clear, helpful reviews.
- At least 5 hours each week available for app testing and review writing.
- Reliable internet access for steady use of apps and review platforms.
Hours per week: This flexible part-time position lets you choose your own hours.
