In this position, you would work for businesses by answering live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts. These are remote positions, which means you can complete the work online from anywhere.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Your work would focus on helping customers through written chat conversations.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. The training gives you what you need to handle chats with confidence.
Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
