A live chat support agent provides excellent service to clients and their customers. This remote job handles support through live chat in real time. The role calls for strong communication, a professional attitude, and careful attention to detail.
What you will be doing: You will log in to the business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts and answer questions sent by customers. Some messages come from current buyers needing purchase help, and others come from potential customers asking sales questions. Training will show you how to handle every type of question.

Schedule appointments when requested
Represent our customers professionally and offer courteous service during incoming messages.
Use critical thinking and problem solving to address client issues as efficiently as possible
How to Perform Essential Functions:
About 90% of the work is done through real-time/live chat conversations with clients.
All tasks use a computer or phone with various software programs and social media apps such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
