Do you have a knack for writing short messages that are only two or three sentences long? If so, we would love to hear from you. On behalf of one of our top-paying partners, we are looking for entry-level chat assistants to support marketing campaigns for important clients.
This is remote work, so it can be completed from your own country. That said, you do need to be reliable, dependable, and consistent.
What you will be doing: Live chat support representatives respond to customer questions that arrive through live chat on company websites and social media profiles. These may include help requests from current customers or sales-related questions from people considering a purchase.
Contract length: There is no fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You will need a device that can access social media and website chat tools (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be comfortable working on your own. You must be able to follow the steps and instructions provided closely. You need at least 10 hours of availability each week. A dependable internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 or more hours weekly
Location: Online remote work (United States preferred).
