We are looking for someone to help with a range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the flexibility to assist across different areas. You will also need a good level of English. You do not need to have a high level of mathematics, so this role can suit people who prefer clear, practical tasks.
Full training will be provided, and no particular experience is necessary. What matters most is enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions through live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You will be helping people get clear answers in a friendly, written format.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You must have a device that can access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You need to be able to work independently. You should be able to closely follow the steps and instructions provided. You must have 10+ hours of availability per week. A reliable internet connection is also required. Good written communication and a helpful approach will serve you well.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
