What you will be doing: In this live chat operator role, you will be paid to respond to live chat messages on a company’s website or social media pages. Your duties include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and providing discount offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You will need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, plus a dependable internet connection. You also need at least basic English writing ability.
Skills/background needed: These are entry-level live chat jobs, so complete training is provided, and you do not need any prior paid live chat experience.
Location: Online remote work (United States preferred).
