Working as a live chat assistant means you get paid to answer incoming chat messages on a company’s website or on its social media accounts. Day to day that involves responding to customer questions, sharing sales links, and passing on discount offers to the people you are chatting with.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You will need a laptop, a phone, or a tablet, along with an internet connection you can rely on. Basic English writing skills are also necessary.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so complete training is supplied, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work in the past.
Location: The role is fully remote, so you can work online from wherever you happen to be (United States preferred).
