What You Will Be Doing:
- Communicating with customers through chat and email to offer answers, advice, and details about our products and services.
- Help customers place orders, find their way around the website, and enjoy a smooth, positive experience.
- Training will be supplied so you have the knowledge and tools needed to support customers and maintain the brand’s strong service reputation.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Reliable access to a phone, tablet, or laptop that can handle social media and website chat functions.
- A self-motivated approach to work, attention to detailed instructions, and dedication to delivering excellent customer support.
- Ability to work at least 10 hours each week with a dependable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
