Are you comfortable using Facebook Messenger and do you enjoy taking part in online conversations? We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team as remote chat support agents on Facebook. This role is a strong choice for anyone who likes digital communication and hopes to step into an entry-level position.
What you will be doing:
- Answer customer questions through Facebook Messenger, share helpful information, resolve concerns, and make each interaction a better experience.
- Join our full training program so you can understand how the process works and the kinds of inquiries you will be handling.
- Work on your own while keeping chats well managed and maintaining a professional, friendly manner throughout each conversation.
Rate:
- The rate is $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed:
- You must have a dependable internet connection and a device that works well for social media and chat functions, such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
- No prior experience with live chat support is required; we supply all the training you need.
- You need to be able to commit at least 5 hours per week and have the flexibility to choose your own working hours.
Location:
- Remote online work (United States preferred).
