We are currently looking for motivated entry-level chat support representatives to become part of our team and help customers with sales questions about a wide selection of products and services. In this position, you will answer customer inquiries, suggest suitable solutions, and help users explore product features so every interaction feels positive and supported while keeping each exchange helpful and welcoming.
What you will be doing: You will communicate with customers through our chat platform and respond to questions about pricing, refund policies, and promotional offers. Clear communication and efficient service are important to us, and each customer should receive the guidance they need. Full training is provided, so you will be ready to handle different types of inquiries with confidence and make customers feel heard and understood.
Contract length: Open
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You will need a dependable device such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with internet access so you can carry out chat duties effectively. Being self-reliant, paying close attention to detail, and following instructions carefully are essential. A commitment of at least 10 hours per week is expected, and you should be comfortable working on your own and keeping track of tasks.
Location: Remote online work (United States preferred).
