Developers of mobile games hire everyday app users like you to try out their titles and share feedback, which helps them locate bugs and work out where the game can be improved. The only equipment required is a device that can download games from an app store — an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or Android tablet will do. These roles are available to applicants worldwide, and you can begin right away.
Roles: You will download apps onto your smartphone or tablet and explore every feature they offer, then write a brief review of how it went and note any problems you come across.
Requirements: You will need access to at least one of these devices: iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone or Android tablet.
Contract length: There is no set term.
Rate: $35 per hour (the exact amount depends on how complex the app is and how much detail the review needs)
Skills/background needed:
Must own or have access to a smartphone or tablet and be comfortable installing and using apps.
Capable of working on your own
Able to follow the steps and instructions you are given closely
At least 5 hours of availability each week
A dependable internet connection
