We are taking on several new Facebook chat assistants at the moment. This is an entry-level live chat position, and you will be replying to customer questions through a business’s Facebook Messenger chat account. These roles are being filled now, and full training is supplied. You only need to be available for 20 hours each week and have a device that can use Facebook Messenger.
What you will be doing: In this Facebook live chat assistant role, your job is to respond to live chat questions for businesses. You will receive training on how to handle the task, along with the most common customer questions and their answers. When your shift begins, you sign in to the business’s Facebook Messenger account and reply to any chat questions that arrive while you are working. You are paid every day.
Contract length: There is no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You need a device that can access social media and website chat features (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be able to work on your own. You must be able to follow the steps and instructions you are given closely. You need at least 20 hours of availability each week. A reliable internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 20+ hours per week
Location: Remote online work available worldwide (United States preferred).
