We currently have openings for people who can help manage Facebook groups for coaches with busy schedules. The professionals we work with focus on personal development and need support when it comes to connecting with their audiences and keeping conversations active. This role is fully remote, and the hours can be arranged flexibly around your own availability.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to respond to live chat messages that come through a business website or social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and sharing discount offers with people who contact the business online.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You will need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a dependable internet connection. You should also have at least basic English writing skills so that you can communicate with customers clearly and helpfully.
