As a remote Chat Support Agent, you will work from your own home, hold yourself accountable for your success, and proactively support our customers throughout the day.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to shoppers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You will need a device that can access social media and website chat features (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be able to work on your own. You must be able to follow the steps and instructions you are given closely. You need at least 10 hours of availability each week. A reliable internet connection is required.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
