We are looking for a lively, friendly, and tech-comfortable Entry Level Chat Support Associate to become part of our great remote team based in the US. You will pick up plenty of new skills, every single day.
You will join an international group that helps customers get more value from the product. Your main task will be replying to customer questions through in-app chat and email.

This position does not involve any face-to-face conversations. All of your communication happens through online chat, using common messaging platforms. You will support companies by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media profiles. Since these roles are fully remote, you can carry out the work online from wherever you are.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to answer live chat messages on a company’s website or social media accounts. This involves responding to customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: You will earn $35 per hour.
Requirements: You must be able to use a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a dependable internet connection. At least basic English writing ability is also required.
Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly live chat role, and complete training is supplied. You do not need any previous paid live chat experience.
Location: This remote online role is open to people located in the United States.
